English YouTuber Miles Routledge, who previously faced backlash for his offensive comments about India and Africa, has now claimed that he would launch a nuclear bomb against anyone who interferes with Britain’s interests. He even jokingly suggested targeting India.
Routledge made this statement in a meme video posted on ‘X’, where he allegedly showed nuclear missiles being launched from a hidden silo in the U.S., hinting at provoking global nuclear war.
"When I become the prime minister of England, I'll unlock the nuclear silos as a clear warning to any foreign nation that meddles with British interests. I’m not talking about major incidents—I’m ready to obliterate entire countries over even the slightest provocation,” he declared on ‘X’.
Routledge, who goes by the name "Lord Miles" on social media, has amassed over 126,000 followers. He first gained public attention in 2021 when he was caught in Afghanistan during the Taliban's takeover of the country.
In 2023, during his third visit to Afghanistan, Routledge was detained by Taliban intelligence for eight months. He described the ordeal as his "most enjoyable vacation."
Earlier this year, Routledge made inflammatory remarks about India and Africa, targeting them over the so-called issue of "overpopulation," which sparked outrage among Indians.
“If I were reincarnated, I’d want to return as a virus to help humanity by addressing the overpopulation in India and Africa,” he wrote in an April post.
Fueling the controversy further, Routledge mocked the Indian accent in another post, saying, “Saar okay lord saar good luck saar haha saar.” This was in response to a conversation he shared with another ‘X’ user, where he wrote, “An Indian threatens to find me, but it backfires lmao.”
